'A call to eco-topia'
A Brief History
of The Writer.
Steven Tripp
is a popular, veteran street performer and poet along the busking trail in
Australia. His initiation to the protest
movement was at ‘The Nightcap Forest Campaign’ in the late seventies,
close to the township of Nimbin. Amid the rich history of protests that
followed Steve and his busking friends blessed the sometimes violent frontline
with cheerful, environmental ditties and anti-war songs. The lyrical content
for much of his repertoire promotes sustainability and global solution, which
he believes will send the right message
to
coming generations. His much loved
people power anthems such as …
‘The
Rainbow Dream’, Once upon a Planet’ and ‘The Wind
Through The Banners’
go right to
the heart of the environmental decisions we have to make as a civilization.
