THE NEWS BY STEVE TRIPP AND GWYNE ASHTON
The News
For the latest information about the
world today
you don't have to look too far the
news is on it's way.
Well it's on the television, on the
radio' o.
You can read it in the paper if you
really want to know.
The news is so confusing, the news is
not amusing.
The news just keeps on oozing out into
my tortured brain.
Radio waves are beaming, the paper boy
is screaming
and the weather girl says it looks
like we might be in for a little rain.
Here we go again … here we go again …
here we go again … here we go again …
Well you’re sitting there in your
lounge room
and your eyes are on the TV screen,
you see the pictures and I hear the
words,
but you don't know what they mean.
you feel a strange sensation but
there's nothing you can do
so you change to another station are
you frightened of the truth?
The news is so confusing, the news is
not amusing.
The news just keeps on oozing out into
my tortured brain.
Radio waves are beaming, the paper boy
is screaming
and the weather girl says it looks
like we might be in for a little rain.
Here we go again … here we go again …
I'm gonna smash the television and
I'll break the radio ' o
and I think I'll burn the paper
because I just don't want to know.
The news is so confusing, the news is
not amusing.
The news just keeps on oozing out ...
into my tortured brain.
Radio waves are beaming, the paper boy
is screaming
and the weather girl says it looks
like we might be in for a little rain.
Here we go again … here we go again …
here we go again … here we go again
